You can upgrade at any time, and whatever is left of the plan you are on is credited against the new one, so you only pay the difference. Moving to a cheaper plan waits until the plan you have already paid for reaches the end of its term.

Plans are paid from your wallet balance. Add funds to your wallet and subscribe to your preferred plan. Billing cycles are monthly, quarterly or yearly. A plan renews from your wallet at the end of each term, at its price at the time, until you cancel — and we remind you 3 days before each renewal.

We tell you straight away. If the term ends before you add funds, the plan stops for now and we keep trying for 3 days — add funds in that time and it renews by itself. After that it ends, and you can choose a plan again whenever you like.

Your account returns to the free plan's limits, and nothing is deleted. If you have more gigs on sale than the free plan allows, you are given 7 day(s) notice, then the newest gigs beyond the allowance are paused. Subscribe again and they go back on sale by themselves.

Not at the moment — a plan is charged in full from your wallet when you subscribe.

Yes, from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the renewal: your plan keeps every benefit until the end of the term you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. You can switch renewal back on until then.
