Yes, signing up is completely free for both buyers and sellers. Sellers pay a small commission on completed orders.
For Buyers
How do I place an order?
Browse services, select a package that fits your needs, provide your requirements, choose a payment method, and place your order. The seller will be notified immediately.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and wallet balance. All payments are processed securely through our escrow system.
What if I am not satisfied with the delivery?
You can request revisions (based on the package), open a dispute, or request a refund through our resolution center.
How does the escrow system work?
When you place an order, your payment is held securely in escrow. The seller receives payment only after you approve the delivery.
For Sellers
How do I start selling?
Switch to your Seller Dashboard, complete your profile, and create your first gig. Once approved, buyers can discover and order your services.
What commission does the platform charge?
Commission rates vary by category and seller level. You can view the current rates in your seller dashboard.
When do I get paid?
After an order is completed and the clearing period has passed, funds are released to your wallet. You can then withdraw to your preferred payment method.
