By accessing or using Expert Bucket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Buyer Terms

Buyers agree to pay for services ordered through the platform. Payments are held in escrow until the order is completed and approved.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers agree to deliver work as described in their gig listings. Sellers are responsible for the quality and timeliness of their deliveries.

5. Fees & Payments

Expert Bucket charges a service fee on each transaction. Fee rates are displayed during checkout. Sellers receive payment after order completion minus the platform commission.

6. Disputes

In case of disputes, both parties may escalate to our resolution center. Expert Bucket reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraud, harassment, spam, or any illegal activities on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Expert Bucket is not liable for the quality of work delivered by freelancers or any damages arising from the use of the platform.
